Pete was very late coming out on stage and appeared to be sloshed when he finally showed up.
The sound at the O2 wasn't the greatest. They had a louder and deeper bass last night than for any of the previous gigs I've been to, including My Bloody Valentine.
Really good set though and some excellent touches with intros from The La's, Beck and Joy Division being played out.
The crowd was mostly lads with loads of loutish laddish behaviour, including a smoke bomb and beer chucking. There clearly can't be a recession on if people can throw £4.50 pints of pisswater away.
